With a massive public debate on LGBT+ rights underway in Australia, we had the opportunity to help influence both internal and external debate, and position IBM as a leader in LGBT+ rights. Our CEO became one of the first in Australia to pledge support for marriage equality and continued to show public support for the LGBT+ community through carefully crafted content and communications that would not alienate IBM employees, clients or partners who may not share the same views.
